Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using DOXNPLAY.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DOXNPLAY ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. DOXNPLAY reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register and participate in prediction markets on DOXNPLAY. Participation is restricted to individuals who can lawfully engage in prediction or betting activities under the laws of their jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to participate in markets. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not hold more than one account — duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prediction Markets & Betting Rules
DOXNPLAY offers two types of markets: Pool Markets (multi-party) and P2P Challenges (head-to-head). All wagers are final once a market closes or a P2P challenge is accepted. Minimum stake amounts apply and are displayed at time of placement. Odds for pool markets are determined dynamically by stake distribution. DOXNPLAY reserves the right to void any market affected by manipulation, technical error, or force majeure events.
5. Escrow & Funds
All staked funds are held in escrow until an outcome is verified and resolved. DOXNPLAY acts as an escrow agent and does not take a proprietary position in any market. A platform fee of up to 5% is deducted from winnings upon resolution. In the event of a void market, all stakes are returned in full. DOXNPLAY is not a bank and does not pay interest on held funds.
6. Outcome Verification
All outcomes require verified proof before funds are released. Accepted proof types include: video clips, screenshots from credible sources, live streams, or automated API data feeds. For P2P challenges, the winning party must submit proof within 48 hours of the outcome occurring. Failure to submit proof within this window will result in a re-review and potential jury escalation. DOXNPLAY's outcome determination is final unless successfully appealed via the jury system.
7. Dispute Resolution
Users may raise a dispute within 24 hours of an outcome being declared. Disputes are adjudicated by a randomly selected panel of verified community jurors. Jury decisions are binding and final. DOXNPLAY reserves the right to intervene and override jury decisions in cases of clear fraud or platform error. Abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith dispute submissions may result in account suspension.
8. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits may be made via Paystack (cards, bank transfer) or supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT). Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts or crypto wallets only. DOXNPLAY may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts. Processing times: bank transfers 1–3 business days; crypto 30 minutes to 2 hours. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) manipulate markets or collude with other users; (b) use bots, automation, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; (c) create multiple accounts; (d) submit fraudulent proof of outcomes; (e) launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity through the Platform; (f) harass or threaten other users or staff; (g) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform's systems. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
10. Responsible Gaming
DOXNPLAY is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact our support team or reach out to Gamblers Anonymous Nigeria. We reserve the right to impose limits or suspend accounts where we believe a user may be at risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
DOXNPLAY is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of odds, or timeliness of outcome resolution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOXNPLAY's liability to any user shall not exceed the amount held in that user's wallet at the time of the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by market volatility, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
